Call for Project Proposals (closed)
In its March meeting, the ETH Board decided to expand the program of the SFA Advanced Manufacturing and to provide additional funding for research projects in two further and complementary Technical Focus Areas.
The call for project proposals was officially issued on 31 May 2017. Principal Investigators (PIs) from the four participating ETH institutions were invited to submit pre-proposals for projects addressing a key challenge in at least one of the two new and complementary Technical Focus Areas of the Expansion Program until 24 July 2017. The Steering Committee (SC) selected seven out of the 15 submitted pre-proposals and invited the project consortia to prepare full proposals. These full proposals are currently evaluated by international reviewers. The SC will decide about which project will be funded end of November. The research activities in the Expansion Program will start in the first quarter 2018. |
